- Hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate weekends once fully trained

- Driving Licence & Own Transport: Required for client visits

Responsibilities:
- Draft and publish job adverts to attract high-calibre candidates
- Conduct telephone interviews and screen applicants
- Support candidates through the application and onboarding process
- Carry out identity and Right to Work checks
- Maintain candidate and client records, ensuring compliance at all times
- Conduct regular client visits to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Attend local job fairs and recruitment events
- Collaborate with your team to meet recruitment targets and deliver exceptional service
