Gi Group are excited to be recruiting for Packing Operatives to join our client's team based in Elsham Wold Industrial Estate. This temporary position offers great pay rates, a clean and modern working environment, and fixed shifts to suit your schedule.
Working Hours for Packing Operatives:
- Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2pm-12am (not rotating)
Pay Rates for Packing Operatives:
- Morning Shift: £12.71 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: £14.71 per hour
What We're Looking For in Packing Operatives:
- Experience in food production is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- A keen eye for detail (as quality control is part of the role)
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
