We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global organisation, is seeking a Night Shift Process Operator to join their high-performing manufacturing team. Working within the Microbiology Division, this role supports the production of Dehydrated Culture Media-critical products used in disease diagnostics and ensuring safety in food and environmental testing.

About the Role
As a Night shift Process Operator, you will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing Dehydrated Culture Media products. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Always maintain safe and ethical working practices.
Follow defined processes for batch manufacturing, labelling, and stock updates.
Participate in daily team meetings and contribute insights.
Track and report daily goals, engage in performance reviews, and act on feedback.
Understand and apply team and departmental performance and safety metrics.
Maintain training records within the company\’s quality management system.
Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role.
Education

Education: Secondary School Diploma or equivalentExperience

Experience: Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, production, lab, or related field. Prior cGMP experience desirableSkills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely.
Proficiency in literacy, numeracy, and basic computer applications (including email)
Demonstrates Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement
