Gi Group is looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Picker‑Packers to join our client’s busy operation in Newburn on a day rotation basis. This is an excellent ongoing temporary opportunity with potential to secure a permanent role for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Using warehouse systems and following pick lists/instructions.
- Loading/unloading stock and moving goods within the warehouse.
- Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and prepared for dispatch.
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised.
- Following health & safety procedures at all times.
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Experience using a handheld scanner is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts on a Sunday‑Thursday pattern.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
