We\’re recruiting on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Swindon, who is seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Visual Inspectors to join their team on a 6-month temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly regulated environment and contribute to the safe and compliant packaging of life-saving products.

What You\’ll Be Doing

Perform manual and semi-automated visual inspections of products
Complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and support real-time reconciliations
Clean equipment and clean rooms to strict SOP and cGMP standards
Monitor equipment readiness and report faults
Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards
Maintain audit-ready workspaces using 5S and lean tools
Support investigations and corrective actions (DRs, CAPAs, OOS, etc.)
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain competency through training and support others when required What We\’re Looking For

Previous experience in pharmaceutical or regulated production environments (preferred)
GCSEs in Maths, English, and ideally a science subject
Strong attention to detail and methodical working style
Excellent eyesight and patience for high-level inspection work
Commitment to cleanliness, compliance, and teamwork
