Pay rate: £16.15 per hour
Contract: 12 months
Full Time, Rotational Shifts – Monday to Friday

Join a team behind a world‑leading scientific company serving science solutions. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will join a great team and play a crucial role within the manufacturing and packaging team.

Manufacturing Operator Shifts

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotation 1: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Rotation 2: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Fortnightly rotation

Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities

  • Report unsafe or unethical practices immediately through the appropriate channels
  • Play an active role in daily departmental meetings
  • Monitor, track and regularly report to your supervisor on your goals
  • Understand the performance metrics, safety metrics and practices for your team
  • Update stock management systems, following the completion of allocated tasks
  • Follow a defined process to create a batch manufacturing record, print labels, use correct materials and equipment to create the required product

Manufacturing Operator Required Skills

  • Great attention to detail
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position which includes manually lifting materials up to 25kg
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Ability to follow instructions without deviation
  • Ensure full compliance with site security and health & safety policies
