Team Leader required for a Cat Food Production Facility in HP18 area. A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a Cat Food Production Facility in Long Crendon, working within the Packing & Dispatch department. We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is seeking a reliable, experienced Team Leader to support daily operations.

Shifts & Pay

  • The current shifts are Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 (30-minute unpaid break).
  • £15.50 per hour
  • Long term work available
  • Free onsite parking

Key Responsibilities

  • Deputise for the Production Lead and run shift briefings
  • Working in Production, responsible for the fulfilment of customer orders
  • Plan staffing and output to meet daily targets
  • Supervise the team and ensure safe, efficient operations
  • Oversee goods-in/out, quality checks, and wastage recording
  • Manage stock counts and report discrepancies
  • Liaise with CX and handle dispatch via Yodel, ChargeBee, etc.
  • Act as main contact for carriers and resolve delivery issues
  • Maintain site security, staff records, and visitor check-ins
  • Support basic IT troubleshooting and returns processing
