Gi Group are looking for experienced Production Supervisors to join one of our clients on a permanent contract.
Shift: 2 positions on nights either Wed-Sat or Sat-Wed shift 18:00 - 06:00. 1 position on days Wed-Sat 06:00 - 18:00.
Pay: Days - £16.16 p/h / Nights - £16.16 p/h + £1 extra from 22:00 - 04:00
Location: Barrow upon Soar, Loughborough
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the Production team consistently follows all processes and controls
- Working to the daily production plan and sharing a clear shift report with the wider business
- Meeting business KPIs and driving continuous improvement
- Championing a strong, non‐compromising Health & Safety culture
- Coaching, supporting, and training team members
- Liaising with labour agencies and providing feedback on performance
- Communicating effectively with other departments across the business
- Supporting audits and high‐profile visits
- Acting as deputy for the Shift Operations Manager when required
This role involves moving around a busy factory environment, carrying out both manual and non‐manual tasks, which can be physically demanding.
