Our client, a leading medical equipment manufacturer, is looking for a HR Coordinator to support their EMEA operations. This part‐time role is perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact while working three full days per week on‐site in Castle Donington.
About the Role
As the HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations across the EMEA region. You'll support the full employee lifecycle, take ownership of critical administrative processes, and be a trusted partner to managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage staff holidays across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy
- Own the onboarding process end‐to‐end, including ordering laptops, phones, and equipment, coordinating system access, scheduling new joiner introductory meetings, ensuring a smooth, welcoming start for all new hires
- Maintain and update HR systems with employee data, changes, and documentation
- Provide day‐to‐day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparation
- Support H&S administration, including training records, compliance tracking, and documentation
- Assist managers with HR queries and provide guidance on policies and processes
- Contribute to HR and engagement projects across the EMEA region
About You
- Experience in an HR support or coordination role, ideally within a multi‐country or EMEA environment
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator who builds trust and rapport easily
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Familiar with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive mindset - someone who spots what needs doing and gets it done
