We're currently recruiting Line Leaders to join our busy client site in Bourne. In this role, you'll take the lead on a cutting and packing line, ensuring fresh herbs are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 2 on / 2 off / 3 on, 07:00 - 19:00, £13.59 per hour
- Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, 19:00 - 03:30, £14.59 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a production team on a fresh herb line
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are met
- Monitor line performance, reduce downtime, and control waste
- Coach operatives and support day-to-day performance
- Complete production paperwork and ensure traceability
- Ensure machinery is correctly set up and cleaned
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in food production or FMCG (fresh produce preferred)
- Previous experience as a Line Leader / Team Leader
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
- Hands-on and reliable
