We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established fresh produce business in Spalding, who are looking for Machine Operators to join their production team. About the Role
You will be working on a production line, helping to keep machinery running smoothly and making sure everything is set up correctly for each run. Full training is provided, so even if you have never done this type of work before, you are welcome to apply - if you are willing to learn, this is a brilliant way to gain hands-on experience. The role requires someone flexible, as shifts can be up to 12 hours, and you will need to work both morning and afternoon shifts when required.
Key Responsibilities
