Line Leader Location: Spalding Pay Rate: £13 per hour Business Nature: Vegetables Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm opportunities available Shifts Available: * Thursday to Monday OR * Monday to Friday About the Role We are currently recruiting Line Leaders for a busy fresh produce packing facility in Spalding. This role combines production line leadership with hands-on quality control, ensuring products meet required standards while supporting team performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with food or produce experience who enjoys responsibility and working in a busy environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage a production line within the packing facility * Ensure smooth workflow and efficient packing of fresh produce * Carry out quality control checks to maintain product standards * Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance on the line * Train, support, and guide team members to achieve daily targets * Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments * Assist with planning and organising workloads to meet production schedules Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience as a Line Leader or similar role in a food or produce environment * Good understanding of quality control procedures * Strong leadership and team coordination skills * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Clear communication skills (written and verbal) * Reliable, organised, and proactive approach What\’s on Offer * Weekly pay * Choice of shift patterns * Ongoing work with potential for permanent opportunities * Supportive team environment * Training and development opportunities Apply today!
