We're hiring a hands-on PM Shift Supervisor for a busy sheet metal fabrication site in North Leicester. The site operates across laser cutting, press brake, welding (including robot/laser welding) and powder coating.
Key duties:
- Supervising PM shift production staff
- Hands-on support across welding, press work, laser machining and fabrication
- Maintaining standards for output, quality and team performance
Essential experience:
- Strong full fabrication background
- Proven capability across Press, Weld and Laser
