Details of a Production Operative
Salary: £12.71 + £1.50 shift allowance
Location: Northampton
Duration: Temp to perm
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
Hours: Night Shift 20:00 - 04:00
Role of a Night Shift Production Operative
- Building products on the assembly line
- Operate robotic machinery and automated production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from robotic workstations.
- Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Following safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
- Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.
- Reporting incidents, product imperfections on the assembly line
- Working with various hand tools
- Can involve heavy lifting

Requirements for a Night Shift Production Operative
- Good knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina as well as stand for hours at a time.
- Be able to work in different departments depending on the requirements
