We are currently looking for a motivated Production Operative for our client in Kettering. Are you ready for your next challenge in a dynamic, innovative environment? We're excited to partner with a globally recognised aluminium packaging company, seeking motivated Production Operatives to join their high-performing team.

Location: Kettering (NN15)

Type: Temp ongoing position

Day shift: £14.61 per hour

Night shift: £15.61 per hour

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the production line, ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to keep production flowing
  • Assist with palletising and bailing to support streamlined operations
  • Sorting and checking the products on the line before the next production step
  • Cleaning the products and warehouse to support the teams
