We are seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter to join our client in Nottinghamshire. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and maintaining a wide variety of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and fit electrical components according to specifications.
  • Carry out wiring, panel assembly, and integration of electrical components.
  • Test units to ensure compliance with electrical standards and performance requirements.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults during assembly and testing phases.
  • Work with low and medium-voltage components safely and efficiently.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment competently.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues quickly.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter, Panel Wirer, or similar electrical assembly role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical diagrams, schematics, and wiring schedules.
  • Ability to use electrical test instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers, and continuity testers.
  • Good problem‑solving skills and a methodical, quality‑focused approach.
  • Must hold a qualification or certification in electrical installation, electrical engineering or something similar.
