Are you someone who enjoys providing practical advice, solving queries quickly, and working confidently with payroll and HR data? We're looking for an HR Advisor to join our team in Milton Keynes, supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR guidance and ensuring accurate HR administration and data processing.

Shift & Pay Details:

  • Pay: £15.00 per hour
  • Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 07:30 - 15:30
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: Milton Keynes
  • Duration: Temp ongoing

Key Responsibilities of a HR Advisor:

  • Support day-to-day HR casework (e.g., absence, performance, conduct, policy queries)
  • Liaise with payroll and managers to ensure accurate payroll inputs and resolve payroll-related queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring high standards of data integrity and confidentiality
  • Process HR data and documentation (e.g., contract changes, starters/leavers, letters, HR system updates)
  • Produce and maintain HR reports/spreadsheets as required, ensuring data is accurate and up to date

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in an HR advisory/HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and confidence handling payroll queries
  • Experience in data processing, maintaining accurate HR records and using HR systems
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional approach
