Gi Group are looking for reliable and motivated Class 2 drivers based in High Wycombe (HP12) for ongoing work to deliver water dispenser products and services to customers according to the delivery schedule, always ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

The role involves product delivery, cooler installation and sanitisation, compliance with health and safety standards, and proactive customer engagement.

We are looking for Class 2 drivers to work on an ongoing basis

  • Monday to Friday
  • Please note that the pay rate is PAYE and include advanced holiday pay

Your responsibilities as a Class 2 Driver

  • Product Delivery
  • Deliver all products to the correct destination within agreed timescales.
  • Maximise delivery efficiency by using the most cost-effective routes.
  • Complete all deliveries as per the schedule, reducing missed drops and improving route profitability.
  • Install and collect water coolers as instructed.
  • Ensure all coolers (Bottled Water and Point of Use) are clean and hygienic.
  • Perform on-site sanitisations of coolers in line with WHA guidelines and company standards.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Complete accurate documentation for product movement, including signed delivery notes and photographs in line with procedural guidance.
  • Update cooler cards for sanitisations and record serial numbers.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, WHA, Health & Safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Customer Service
  • Provide excellent direct customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Support Customer Services to address time critical issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a high standard of general appearance and cleanliness, always wearing the company uniform provided including safety shoes.

What you’ll need as a Class 2 Driver

  • No more than 6 SP penalty points accepted (no BA/CD/CU/DR/IN endorsements)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills and a safety-focused approach
