GI Group are currently recruiting multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers for our internationally known client in London (E3). This company provides courier services worldwide, focusing on the express road‑based market and offering services such as delivery, freight forwarding, and logistics. Driver Shifts
- Ad‑hoc afternoon/evening start times.
- 1300–2030 starts.
- Monday to Friday.
- Average 12 hour shift.
Pay rates:
- £22.07 per hour Monday to Friday;
- £26.35 per hour Saturday;
- £29.41 per hour Sunday.
PAYE and include advanced holiday pay.
Driver Duties
- Conduct Vehicle checks.
- Trunking work to depots.
- Delivering safely to customers throughout the UK.
- Prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met.
Requirements
- A presentable appearance, an eye for detail and a positive attitude.
- No more than 6 penalty points.
- No DD/IN/DR/DN/TT endorsement codes.
- Hold a valid, in‑date Tachograph & CPC.
- Must have at least 12 months experience as a Class 1 Driver.
