Pay rate: £13.00 per hour

Temporary Cover – 9th July to 24th July

Monday to Friday – No weekends! 08:30‑17:00 Monday‑Thursday and 08:20‑16:30 Friday

Free parking on site

Friendly and supportive team – you will receive 2 x half days of training prior to holiday cover.

Duties will include:

  • Calls: screening calls, taking messages, transferring calls.
  • Order processing: getting orders approved, raising production and print and distributing works orders, data entry onto sales excel spreadsheet.
  • Payments and collections: chasing & taking payments and collections.
  • Meeting & greeting all visitors, welcoming to site.
  • Documents: printing reports, updating and distributing documents such as calendars, telephone lists, sales maps, internal information documents.
  • Updating the calendar with holiday, sickness, meetings and site visits.
  • Travel support: help book hotels, hire cars and flights as required.
  • Couriers & carriers: book third‑party collections and support couriers/carriers over the phone to keep deliveries moving smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally experienced within a fast‑paced office environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner – will be the first point of contact.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to multi‑task.
  • IT literate, proficient with Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to start training 9th July and commit to two weeks (holiday cover).
