We’re looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our Grimsby team, supporting clients within the industrial sector. You’ll manage the full recruitment process for your client sites - building candidate pipelines, screening and shortlisting, and keeping in regular contact with clients to ensure staffing needs are met on time and to agreed targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to screening and sourcing, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and clients.
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, direct sourcing and internal pools; build strong shortlists for client review.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through regular communication, on-site visits when required and service review meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS, prepare recruitment metrics and report on performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, share market intelligence and support business development activities where appropriate.

About you

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within an agency, in-house or temporary workforce environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise multiple vacancies and work independently to meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, ATS and CRM systems; comfortable learning new tools and processes.
  • Valid UK right to work; a driving licence and access to a vehicle for client site attendance.
