My client is a world leading manufacturer based in Kinning Park, one of the most respected Scientific Research and Development Manufacturers in the industry, who give their people the resources and opportunities to make significant contributions to the world. They are now looking for a new member to join as a store admin driver, delivering products to customer sites and picking/ordering the particular products. Initially a long-term temporary position, but with a view that after successfully completing training and probation the position will become permanent.
The Position Offers
- Pay £16.00 per hour
- Temp to Perm
- 7:30am to 5:00pm, hours may vary due to customer demands
- Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
- Holidays – 28 days increasing to 33 days per annum
- Free parking

Responsibilities
- Proven experience in stock control and warehousing.
- Ability to drive to customer locations in Inchinnan and Stirling.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Ability to work based on defined performance goals.
- Strong desire to serve the customer with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various levels of personnel at customer sites.
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused attitude to deliver outstanding service.
- Proficiency in using a computer and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours and perform overtime as required.
- Driving licence with no more than 3 points.
- Work primarily at customer locations, including office environments, shipping/receiving docks, stock rooms, storage locations, and laboratory environments.
- Extensive walking may be required.
- Ability to use material handling equipment such as push carts and pallet jacks.
- Personal protective equipment may be required depending on the area of the building.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 15kgs consistently; may be required to lift 20 kgs.
