About the Role: As a Virtual Hub Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the heart of the recruitment process, ensuring that our clients receive top-quality candidates while maintaining a seamless experience from start to finish. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, foster client relationships, and ensure the continuous employability of candidates. This is a hybrid role, predominantly home-based, focused on resourcing, recruiting and placing candidates into driving-related roles.

Key responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through a range of channels
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, interviews, offers)
  • Match and place candidates into suitable roles and manage candidate pipelines
  • Provide a great candidate experience throughout the process

What we’re looking for

  • Recruitment experience is beneficial (driving recruitment experience preferred but not essential)
  • A driving licence is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication, organisation and candidate management skills
