* Pay: £12.50 PH
* Overtime available once permanent at £18.75 PH for any hours worked after 45 hours a week
* 12 week temp to perm
* Hours: 2 different shifts available – Monday to Friday 06:00 – 15:30 or 08:00 – 17:30
* Breaks: Every 2 hours with a 15 min paid break
Gi Group are looking for multiple pallet repair technicians to join a local business in Andover. Whilst you don\’t need pallet repair experience. Previous use of power tools would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use power tools and hand tools such as nail guns and saws to repair wooden pallets
* Moving pallets around the yard and sorting broken and repaired pallets
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintain high-quality workmanship
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control
* Maintain a safe working environment
This role is a very physically demanding role, if you have a background within yard work / labouring / construction industry this will be advantageous.
