Gi Group is recruiting a Butcher for a new client in Gainsborough. This is a great opportunity for an experienced butcher looking for 25-30 hours per week, with potential to go permanent.
Location: Gainsborough
Hours: 25-30 hours per week (part-time)

Butcher - Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cutting meat to a high standard (boning, trimming, slicing as required)
- Producing customer-ready cuts and supporting counter/display preparation (where applicable)
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness at all times
- Following HACCP and company processes to ensure full compliance
- Using knives and equipment safely and correctly
- Working as part of the team to meet daily production/quality targets
Butcher - Requirements
- Previous experience as a butcher (shop or production environment)
- Confident knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safe working practices
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-focused attitude
