Due to our client's continued success and growth, Gi Group Scunthorpe is excited to be recruiting for a Forklift Operator to join their team in Elsham Wold Industrial Estate. This is an ongoing position offering great pay rates, a clean and modern working environment, and the chance to develop your skills.
Working Hours for Forklift Operator: Monday to Friday, 2pm to midnight
Pay Rates for Forklift Operator: £13.31 per hour to start, with an additional £2.00 an hour shift allowance
What We're Looking For in a Forklift Operator:
- Valid Counterbalance Licence with recent operating experience
- High standards of communication (written and spoken) and ability to follow instructions
- Self-driven and motivated to progress
- Flexible and adaptable approach to the workplace
- Strong team-working skills
Your Role as a Forklift Operator:
- Operating a forklift truck to transport materials safely and efficiently
- Ensuring the accurate and safe movement of stock within the site
- Completing relevant documentation and adhering to site safety protocols
- Performing other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the site
Important Note for Forklift Operator: Due to the location of the site, own transport or the ability to get to Elsham Wold Industrial Estate is essential, as the site is not accessible by public transport.
