GI Group is recruiting FLT Operators for a busy manufacturing (non-food) site in Scunthorpe. This is a hands-on warehouse role supporting production and dispatch.

The role:

  • You will be working across the warehouse/despatch area, using an FLT to move stock safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading HGVs/containers using an FLT
  • Moving pallets/stock between goods-in, storage, production and despatch
  • Putting stock away and replenishing pick/production locations
  • Completing basic paperwork/scanner work (where required)
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties: wrapping/strapping, labelling, pallet checks, housekeeping
  • Following site health and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid FLT licence (in-house or RTITB/ITSSAR accepted - depending on site requirements)
  • Recent FLT experience preferred
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Mandatory drug testing may be required
