GI Group is recruiting FLT Operators for a busy manufacturing (non-food) site in Scunthorpe. This is a hands-on warehouse role supporting production and dispatch.
The role:
- You will be working across the warehouse/despatch area, using an FLT to move stock safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading HGVs/containers using an FLT
- Moving pallets/stock between goods-in, storage, production and despatch
- Putting stock away and replenishing pick/production locations
- Completing basic paperwork/scanner work (where required)
- Carrying out general warehouse duties: wrapping/strapping, labelling, pallet checks, housekeeping
- Following site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid FLT licence (in-house or RTITB/ITSSAR accepted - depending on site requirements)
- Recent FLT experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mandatory drug testing may be required
