The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior engineer to develop their skills within a collaborative, global engineering environment. You will support the design and development of heat exchanger products used in sectors such as data centres, heat pumps, and hydrogen fuel cells, working closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the design and development of heat exchanger products
- Assist with technical analysis to improve performance and efficiency
- Produce 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software
- Support integration of designs into global selection software
- Provide technical support for existing product ranges
- Assist with prototype design, development, and early-stage manufacturing support
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience- Experience or strong academic exposure to 3D modelling and 2D drafting (Autodesk Inventor or similar)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and BOM/BOL structures
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn
- Comfortable working with global and virtual teams
- Open to learning and working across different cultures
- Able to manage tasks independently with guidance
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required
