Gi Pro are proud to be working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for an experienced CNC Production Manager to join their growing operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong CNC knowledge and proven leadership experience to take ownership of a busy department, driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
The Role
As CNC Production Manager, you'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day running of the CNC department. You'll be hands-on in leading a team of operators, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting CNC operators, planning and allocating workloads
- Leading daily team briefings and ensuring smooth shift handovers
- Monitoring production output, efficiency, and quality using data-driven tools
- Coaching and developing team members, supporting recruitment and onboarding
- Driving a strong safety culture and maintaining 5S/housekeeping standards
- Coordinating with the maintenance team to keep machinery in top condition
