Our Client based in Newbury, who have been established for over 25 years, are the leading processor and recycler of WEEE waste in the UK and are looking for a Contract Manager on a permanent full-time basis due to continuous business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients
  • Oversee the daily operations and delivery of contracts
  • Provide support with general administrative tasks within the Contracts Department when required
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director
  • Confirm all costings are accurately completed before final invoices are issued
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Prepare detailed quotations for new business

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience within the Waste and/or Recycling industry is beneficial, though not essential for the ideal candidate
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow both new and existing accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of multitasking and ability to prioritise
  • Excellent negotiation abilities and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Highly results-driven
  • Strong time-management capabilities
  • Good IT skills in Word, Excel. Knowledge of SAP an advantage but not essential
  • Driving licence required
