Hours: Monday to Friday, 04:00-12:00 (early start)
As a Pre-Brief Clerk, you'll support the Shift Manager with the daily driver pre-brief process, helping to maintain high standards of customer service and ensuring driver compliance with operational procedures.
- Ensure all drivers attend pre-brief and support a structured process for driver returns, helping delivery and collection performance to be effectively managed.
- Support driver performance management, including analysing failed deliveries and collections and identifying root causes.
- Use internal systems and databases to review delivery and collection performance and highlight exceptions.
- Ensure returned paperwork/documentation is accurate and reconciled against expectations to protect revenue and support correct billing.
- Validate that all assigned delivery and collection points have been attended as scheduled, and challenge exceptions prior to driver departure.
