Job Title: General Operative with FLT Location: Doncaster, DN15 (iPort Industrial Estate) Pay: £14.50 per hour Shift Pattern:1:30pm - 9:30pm Key Responsibilities Moving, lifting and positioning large cables safely and efficiently. Supporting general warehouse duties such as picking, staging, wrapping, and stock movement. Using an FLT Counterbalance or Reach when required (licence required). Loading/unloading goods and moving stock to designated locations. Always following health & safety procedures and safe manual handling. Keeping your area clean, tidy, and compliant with site standards. Working as part of the wider team to meet daily operational targets. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role (heavy/bulky items beneficial). Confidence with manual handling and physical work throughout the shift. FLT Counterbalance or Reach licence Reliability and punctuality to work the rotating shifts consistently. A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
