Despatch Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Supervisor in Coventry!

Shift: 16:00 – Midnight
Salary: Up to 33k per annum
Type of contract: Permanent

Job Purpose/Objectives:
As a Despatch Supervisor, your role will be to ensure orders are shipped on time, fulfilling customer\’s demands and that stock is picked accurately and in line with departmental KPI\’s. You will control stock, accuracy, and stock movements by communicating with your team and other departments as necessary to ensure fluent flow.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Using warehousing equipment such as scanners
2. Issuing correct labels for shipments
3. Maintaining correct inventory levels
4. Carrying out recruitment and inductions
5. Taking part in company stock takes
6. Producing KPI reports
7. Strong analytical skills
8. Planning and organisation skills

Ideal Candidate:

1. Need to have Despatch Supervisor and compliance experience.
2. Have previous experience in a similar role.
