Overview
Delivery Driver – Basildon. Pay rate from £121.50 per day (weekly pay). Full-time and flexible options available. Immediate starts available. If you\\\’re reliable, enthusiastic, and enjoy working independently, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities
- Drive a fully-equipped van to deliver parcels across your assigned areas.
- Complete (Apply online only) deliveries per day across pre-planned routes.
- Lift and deliver multiple parcels of different sizes and weights (up to 23kg).
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Full UK or EU Driving License (held for at least 1 year).
- Maximum 6 points on your license (no active IN10, DR80, DR90, TT90).
- Must be 18+ years old (insurance purposes).
- No prior delivery experience required – full training provided.
- Ability to pass a DBS check and drug/alcohol test (free of charge).
- Flexible Van Options – if you don\\\’t have a suitable vehicle, we can help with van rental including insurance, maintenance, and tyres (no deposit required).
Shift Details
- Flexible working days: Up to 6 days a week (Monday – Sunday).
- Routed planned for 9-hour shifts.
- Option to work extra days and earn more.
Pay and Benefits
- From £121.50 per day plus weekly performance bonuses.
- Weekly pay – start earning immediately.
- Ad hoc bonuses, which will be explained in interview.
- Fully paid training: 2-day induction, 2 days with a lead driver, and additional training support over 12 days.
- Free parking at the delivery station.
- A varied workday – no two routes are the same.
