We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Account Manager to manage and develop a key on-site client relationship, supporting the delivery of recruitment and workforce management solutions. You’ll be the main point of contact for the client, understand their staffing requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure consistently high service levels.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is organised, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with the allocated client and act as a trusted point of contact.
  • Understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment, staffing, and workforce solutions.
  • Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to fulfil vacancies and meet agreed service levels.
  • Coordinate candidate activity including bookings, availability, schedules, and workforce requirements.
  • Monitor performance indicators such as attendance, coverage, delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and performance information to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, service issues, and opportunities for improvement, escalating where appropriate.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through responsive and professional communication.
  • Support client reviews, business planning, and discussions on future workforce needs.
  • Maintain accurate client, candidate, and account records across CRM and reporting systems.
