Kerry Coleraine is recruiting Food Production Operatives to work on a fast-paced, high-volume production line within a clean and well-maintained food manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working to set processes, maintaining consistent output, and ensuring high product quality throughout each shift.

Role Overview

As a Food Production Operative, you will work as part of a team on a continuous production line, ensuring products are prepared, packed, and processed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working on a moving production line, following set speeds and workflow requirements
  • Adhering to all standard operating procedures and food safety regulations
  • Picking, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
  • Operating production machinery safely after full training
  • Conducting visual quality checks and completing associated paperwork
  • Removing defective items from the line to maintain product standards
  • Reporting equipment or production issues to supervisors or maintenance staff

This role requires the ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and consistency while working in a structured, process-driven environment.

Shift Pattern

7am-7pm or 7pm-7am Weekly rotation

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience on a production line or in food manufacturing (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working at pace
  • Ability to follow set processes and maintain consistent output
  • Excellent timekeeping and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in an environment with changing priorities
