GI are recruiting for Warehouse Operative / Order Pickers on a long-term permanent basis. This job will start work in Atherstone (CV9) and then relocate to Coalville (LE67) in 2027 - Please make sure you are able to get to both sites before applying.
Hours & Pay:
- 5am and 6am Starts Available until Finish
- Average working day 7-8 Hours
- Starting Rate: £13.10/hour
- After 12 weeks: £14.56/hour
- 4 on / 2 off Rota
Job duties for a Warehouse Worker / Operator:
- Order picking using voice headset
- Operating LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker)
- Stacking goods onto pallets
- Heavy Lifting Involved
- Pallet wrapping
- Quality checking goods
- Delivering to Despatch
- Training Provided
Perks:

Requirements:
- Must have own transport to Atherstone and Coalville
- Must be available to work weekends on a Rota
This role would suit someone who has previous experience in Warehouse Operations, Order Picking Operative, Logistics Operators, Loading and unloading, Dispatch Ops, Yard operators, Ambient Assistants, Chill Operators, Freezer Pickers, FLT Drivers, Low Level Order Picker, LLOP Driver, PPT Operative, Factory Operator, Production Ops or General Assistants / Workers.
