Overview
CNC Programmer / Foreman – Rugby – Day Shift – £17 - £20ph - Depending On Experience – Permanent Position. Immediate Start!
CNC Programmer / Foreman required immediately for our client in Rugby. The role will involve being a very hands on foreman that also helps out programming, setting and operating machinery when needs be.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of machinists on a daily basis to make sure that production targets are met
- Supervise the setup, operation and maintenance of the machines
- Program, set and operate a variety of CNC millers and manual machines
- Allocate tasks to machinists and provide guidance when needed
- Work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment
- Full quality inspection of machined parts with hand held measuring tools
Qualifications
- You will be a skilled CNC machinist that has some supervisory or team leading experience
- You will be confident leading from the front and by example
- You will be happy to get stuck in with a hands on approach
- Communication skills will be strong in both verbal and written form
