About the Company

Our client is a leading manufacturer of injection mould tools, supplying high-quality components to the automotive and pharmaceutical sectors. With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, they are now looking to expand their team due to a retirement.

The Role

As a CNC Miller – Programmer Setter Operator, you will:

• Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines (Heidenhain controls preferred, but others accepted)
• Manufacture bespoke, made-to-order injection mould tools
• Work independently on high-precision components
• Join a skilled team in a clean, well-equipped workshop

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience in CNC milling (programming, setting, and operating)
• Ability to work from technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Desirable:

• Experience with Heidenhain controls
• Background in toolmaking or precision engineering
