GI Group UK are recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver with clamp attachment experience to join our client based in Marston Green, Birmingham. Our client is a well-established packaging company offering long-term, ongoing work for the right candidate.
Shift & Pay Details:
- Pay rate: £16.71 per hour
- Shifts: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
- Rotating weekly shifts (Mornings/afternoons) Monday to Friday
Duties will include:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift with clamp attachment
- Safely moving, loading and unloading packaging materials
- Stacking, relocating and organising stock within the warehouse
- Following site safety procedures and maintaining a clean working area
- Working as part of a busy warehouse team to meet daily targets
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-date)
- Proven experience using a clamp truck (essential)
- Previous experience within a warehouse or packaging environment desirable
- Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices
- Reliability and flexibility to work rotating shifts
