Join a global leader in life sciences manufacturing as a Production Operative in a clean, modern manufacturing environment in Church Stretton. You'll be working on the production and testing of specialist chromatography products used worldwide. This is a hands-on production role in a controlled environment - ideal for candidates from manufacturing, food production, warehouse or quality backgrounds who are confident with repetitive, process-driven work and following instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare materials, components and equipment for daily production runs
- Load and process chromatography columns according to set procedures
- Carry out basic quality checks and routine testing (training provided)
- Accurately record production data and complete batch paperwork
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area
- Perform simple equipment checks and highlight any issues to supervisors
- Follow SOPs, health & safety and quality standards at all times
About You
- We're keen to speak to people with experience in: production, manufacturing, food production, packing, assembly, warehouse or quality control.
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and able to follow written instructions exactly
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Safety-conscious and happy working in a cleanroom / controlled environment
- Willing to learn product-specific processes and procedures
