Gi Group are looking for an experienced class 2 shunter to join the night team with a local food distribution company. This will be both on-site shunting and running to the local sister site. Deliveries can include fresh and frozen meat and alcohol.
- Class 2 rates: £22.41 including holiday pay (PAYE only, no umbrellas)
- Class 2 shifts: Week 1 Sunday to Friday night; Week 2 Monday to Friday night; 22:00-06:00 shifts
- Class 2 role: Bay to bay movements; Movements between site and the local sister site; Daily vehicle checks; Loads may contain alcohol and fresh/frozen meat; General yard duties
- Class 2 requirements: In date, UK, class 2 licence with minimum 1 year's experience; In date CPC and tacho; Over 25 for insurance purposes; Previous multi-drop experience preferred; Good customer service skills; Reliable, punctual, and professional; An interview will need to be done prior to starting
