Pay Rate per hour: £12.91 days and £16.78 afternoons - rotating shifts must be able to do both.
Gi Group works with British Car Auctions, based in Burnaston, DE1 9TA at the Car Plant. We are looking for Yard Drivers to move brand new cars around in the compound yard. Our client and your new employer offer all Yard Drivers leading health and safety, dedicated training, and fantastic career opportunities with a nice clean and comfortable working environment. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Working in a nice clean environment indoors and outdoors
- Always adhering to standard work processes
- Driving cars around in the compound

Requirements:
- Working day and night shifts on 2 weeks rota 0600 to 1430 & 1600 to 0030
- Full UK driving licence must be held for 24 months+ (with no more than 6 points) is essential
- Be at least 22 years old
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A very tidy and organised manner
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance record
- The ability to work under your own initiative when required

- Days - £12.91 p/h
- Afternoons - £16.78 p/h
