Role Summary

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, generating qualified sales opportunities across all UK brands. Working closely with marketing and sales teams, you’ll convert marketing insights into actionable sales outreach, identify prospective organisations, and initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the productivity, scalability, and revenue growth of Gi Group Holding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification – Convert marketing-generated leads into actionable sales opportunities. Research target accounts and assess prospects against ideal customer profiles. Conduct initial conversations to validate needs, challenges, and potential fit.
  • Prospect Engagement – Execute structured outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and automated sequences. Secure qualified meetings for the Corporate Sales Team and brand specialists.
  • Collaboration with Marketing – Align with marketing teams on campaign objectives, lead scoring, and audience segmentation. Provide feedback on lead quality, engagement patterns, and market responses.
  • Brand Alignment – Understand and represent the value propositions of each Gi Group Holding UK brand. Redirect opportunities to the appropriate brand team based on prospect needs.
  • Market Research – Analyse labour market trends, talent challenges, and competitor activity to inform outreach strategies.
