We are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to support administration, warehouse operations and production tasks within a busy Cheltenham site. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys combining office admin, data entry, stock control, packing, and hands-on warehouse/factory work. Full training is provided, including warehouse vehicle operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing paperwork, raising jobs, and updating internal systems
- Accurate data entry of job details, stock information and production records
- Monitoring inventory, updating stock levels and supporting stock audits
- Supporting warehouse duties including packing, labelling, goods movement and general operations
- Assisting with production tasks, preparing materials and supporting workflow
- Operating Aislemaster, Grab Truck and Forklift (training provided)
- Maintaining clean, safe and compliant office, warehouse and factory areas
- Working collaboratively with admin, warehouse and production teams
Candidate Requirements:
- Confident computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- High attention to detail and accuracy in admin and stock control
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Willingness to undertake training for warehouse vehicle operation
- Comfortable working across office, warehouse and production environments
