Key Responsibilities
- Hand‐crafting bespoke clay blocks to meet customer specifications
- Transferring wet clay onto stillages
- Building accurate brick firing stacks
- Sorting fired bricks into packs ready for dispatch
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and following all health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Excellent timekeeping and reliable attendance
- Self‐motivated with a proactive, positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong awareness of health & safety standards
- Own transport is essential due to the site location
