A busy and growing sales function in Andover is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to support the Sales Team. This is a hands-on, fully onsite role where you'll manage day-to-day sales administration, support customer accounts, and keep quotes and follow-ups moving - helping drive retention and growth across existing customers.
Salary: Β£26,500 per annum
Working hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm
Fully onsite in Andover

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and organise the sales inbox to ensure timely responses and actions
- Support pipeline management, including quote follow-up and chasing responses
- Assist the Territory Account Manager with general admin, enquiries and follow-up tasks
- Provide telephone support to customers and the Sales Team
- Attend monthly sales meetings, providing updates on account activity
- Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met
- Produce daily sales picking lists and delivery notes
- Support allocated customer accounts with a view to retain and grow business
- Ensure performance aligns with company standards and internal processes/systems
- Contact existing customers to upsell products and increase current product lines
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in sales admin / sales support / customer service administration (preferred)
- High standard of IT literacy and confidence using internal systems
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible and able to manage changing priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service focus and commitment to continuous improvement
