A busy manufacturing business is looking for skilled Cable Assembly Operators due to increased customer orders. You'll be assembling cable looms/harnesses to a high standard, working to drawings and IPC/WHMA-A-620 requirements.

Key responsibilities:
- Build cable harnesses/loom assemblies to specification
- Crimping, stripping, soldering and terminating (as required)
- Read and work from drawings, wiring diagrams and build instructions
- Carry out visual checks and basic testing to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation and follow H&S procedures
Essential skills/experience:
- Proven experience in cable harness/cable assembly (loom build)
- Working knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
- Confident using hand tools and measuring/inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Desirable:
- Experience in a regulated or high-quality manufacturing environment
- Experience with continuity testing and fault finding
