Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm (with 1hr unpaid break)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both internal and external sales, with at least 3 years of experience negotiating terms and successfully closing deals. The role requires a proactive individual who is confident, results-driven, and unafraid to tackle new challenges, including cold calling and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while driving new business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, including negotiation and deal-closing.
- Proven success in internal and external sales roles.
- Freight forwarding experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Languages: Speaking Polish, Romanian, or Lithuanian is an advantage but not essential.
