Gi Group in Birmingham is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Finance and Accountancy recruitment team.

You will learn the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates and supporting delivery of permanent and interim appointments across commerce, corporate and industry finance functions.

Under structured training, you will build candidate pipelines, screen applicants, coordinate interviews and contribute to client development.
